Mufaddal Choonia
Chief Executive Officer, Mahindra Racing SRL
Mufaddal is the Chief Executive Officer of Mahindra Racing SRL and leads all the activities of the Indian Moto3™ constructor in the ultra competitive world of International Motorcycle Racing. Involved in the project right from its inception, he has played the pivotal role in the entry of the Mahindra Group in the FIM MotoGP World Motorcycle Racing Championship and in the Italian National Motorcycle Racing Championship.
Chandrashekar Joshi
CFO
A Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant, C.R. Joshi started his career as a management trainee in M&M Nasik Accounts in 1987. He has over 25 years of experience in various areas of finance and has been posted both in India as well as abroad.
Davide Borghesi
Mahindra moto3™ Project Leader
Davide started his career at MV Agusta Motorcycle (1998) and was the project leader of the 4-stroke Husqvarna engines till 2002. He then moved to Aprilia Racing (Piaggio Group) as the Off Road Racing Activity Rep.
Davide Trolli
Team Coordinator, Mahindra Racing
Davide Trolli is a veteran in the field of motorcycle racing with more than 30 years of experience.

Between 1983 to 1996 he won six Italian Enduro Championships, one World Enduro Championship, one World Under-23 Enduro Championship, one American Enduro Championship, one Nevada Rally, a 1st place and three 2nd places in the Six Days Enduro, and participated at two Paris-Dakar's as a factory Cagiva rider.
Nicola Casadei
Team Manager, CIV Team
Nicola's career began as a rider in 1977 in the Italian, European and World Championships (50cc, 80cc and 125cc categories). For 20 years, he has worked with different teams and riders of the World Championship.
Massimo Capanna
Chief Technician, Arthur Sissis
Massimo Capanna, started his MotoGP™ career in 1984 and has had the opportunity to work with top riders like Freddie Spencer, Kevin Schwantz, Tetsuya Harada, Carlos Lavado, Jorge Lorenzo, Hector Barberà and many others. Till the year 2000, much of his experience was in the 250cc and 500cc classes. After which he moved to the AMA series (in 2001) where he became Larry Pegram's personal mechanic. He came back to work in MotoGP™ in 2002, where he covered strategic rules for Honda, and then Aprilia 250cc class till 2008. In 2009, Larry Pigram requested to have Massimo as a crew chief to look after his factory Ducati while racing in the AMA series. From 2010 to 2012 Massimo moved to Superbike racing, eventually becoming Efrén Vasquez's chief mechanic in 2013 with Mahindra Racing.
Lele Martinelli
Chief Technician, Miguel Oliveira
Lele's career in motorcycle racing began in 1989 at Yamaha, Italy, where he gained 4 years of experience in Off-Road racing in the Enduro, Motocross and Rally classes. He then moved to the MotoGP™ World Championship in 1993 with Yamaha. Lele has since worked with Honda, Aprilia and Ducati factory teams in the World Championship. An avid motor sport fan, he follows all categories including 125cc, 250cc, 500cc, World Superbike and MotoGP™.
