FORMULA E STATS PRESENT
We might not have had the result we wanted this time out in Marrakesh, but we showed our performance and we had good pace in qualifying. The Marrakesh E-Prix became the 50th race that featured a Mahindra Racing driver starting in the top ten. That statistic puts us just behind the Audi Sport ABT Schaeffler Formula E Team who are on 52 top ten starts. We’re also one of only two teams in the all-electric racing series to have had a driver qualify in the top ten in every race of Season 6 so far, with Nissan E.Dams being the only other team. In a fiercely competitive season which has seen a different winner at every round so far, what an achievement!

FORMULA E STATS PRESENT
In Season 5 the Marrakesh E-Prix was Pascal Wehrlein’s first ever E-Prix. He has now completed 500 racing laps in his Formula E career – that’s 86% of the laps combined in all the races he has started. And even though he missed out on getting the bonus point as he finished outside of the top ten, Pascal claimed his third Formula E fastest lap in Marrakesh on Saturday. Did you know that no other driver has claimed more fastest laps since the German-Mauritian driver joined the championship? Jean-Eric Vergne and Daniel Abt have equalled Pascal’s record, with both having set three fasted laps over the last two seasons.

FORMULA E STATS PRESENT
Historically, Marrakesh has always been kind to Mahindra Racing and this year, not only did Jérôme D’Ambrosio and Pascal receive their first FANBOOST wins of the 2019/20 season, it was the first time that both of our drivers have claimed FANBOOST in the same race. Mahindra Racing has won the fan vote three times at the Moroccan street circuit and at the Marrakesh E-Prix we became the fifth team to receive two FANBOOST wins in the same race. We would need to throw it back to the 2019 Santiago E-Prix where Jérôme was last rewarded FANBOOST compared to Pascal who received his first FANBOOST in the Hong Kong E-Prix in Season 5. The #94 M6Electro driver had 16.12% of the Marrakesh FANBOOST vote which is the highest he has ever received and the highest the team has had since Felix Rosenqvist received 17% of the vote at the Punta del Este E-Prix in Season 4.
